No. When a booking needs a room, tasting room, table or space, it is blocked right away in the tools you use, so nobody else can take it.

No. TechAlpino connects to your email, website, and the calendar and booking tools you already use, so there is no migration. Google Calendar is fully supported today. If you use a different calendar, property management or booking system, get in touch and we will confirm what we can connect.

Guest messages are processed by third party AI providers under zero data retention terms, so the providers do not keep the content after processing. Yes. There are two options. Self-hosted: we do the initial setup inside your own email, calendar, messaging and AI service accounts, you own and run everything, AI and message costs are billed to you directly by each provider, and we connect only to troubleshoot when you invite us, for a small monthly monitoring fee (from €39 per month, plus a one-time setup from €690). Managed: we host the AI and connect it to your email and calendar, under our Terms, DPA and privacy policy.

No. Obvious spam, bulk mailings, newsletters and automatic replies are filtered out: the AI does not answer them and they do not count toward your plan. We also monitor usage and will always contact you before suggesting any change to your plan.
